Joe C., La Porte, IN Compliments for the Crew Mr. Sunny N. called in to let us know he is an 82-year-old retired Naval officer. He stated it is hard for him to do things himself and has been working with Entergy for over four years to get his road cleaned up. When he spoke with Kenny Goodman and Manuel Hernandez , those two gentlemen came down and within hours had his road cleaned up. After serving in the military for so long he has no patience, but these two gentlemen were extremely polite and are extremely hard workers. He said [Kendall] is a great company. I was so glad to find someone to help who had an air compressor on his truck. I had children, and he said he knew he needed to help. I'm so very thankful for him and his partner. His name is Keith McMaster . I didn't get the name of his fellow crew members, but I am grateful to him as well. Please commend them both for me. October GF School is Complete! I just wanted to extend a thank you for the GF school I attended last week. I’ll be honest, I really wasn't wanting to come. After I got there and classes started, I was glued. I enjoyed every min. It lit a fire in me. I was getting numb, I guess you could say, to my role and job. Now, after attending, I am looking at Power BI scores closely. Looking at ways to improve. I know to reach out to different departments for help. Erich was spotting for the helicopter when an irate landowner came out of the tree line on a tractor at high speed, driving directly at him.
