How did you get your start with Kendall? I was recommended by a power company supervisor and came to Kendall in 2005 with 19 years of experience as a general foreman.
What has kept you with the company? The relationship between employees and colleagues and the teamwork created between people who take pride in their work. That is what makes me feel at home!
What advice would you give your younger self? Don't hold yourself back from advancement. Fear is a terrible thing. Surround yourself with people that love to share their knowledge and experience and feed off that energy.
What has been your most rewarding experience with the company? There are so many! Seeing how the company has grown to what it is today and how much I've grown with it. However, the most rewarding part is watching the employees I have trained earn their places as Supervisors and GFs and watch as they teach their employees – priceless!
